After that, we went for a walk along the riverbank. The moon was shining brightly in the sky, casting a soft glow on the water. The reflection of the moon on the river made it look like a silver mirror. It was a magical sight that we couldn't help but admire.
We also enjoyed a traditional Mid-Autumn Festival dinner with our family. The table was filled with delicious dishes, such as mooncakes, dumplings, and sweet rice balls. We shared stories, laughed, and cherished the moment together.
In the evening, we joined a lantern riddle game organized by the villagers. Each lantern had a riddle written on it, and we had to solve the riddle to win a prize. It was a fun and engaging activity that brought the community together.
As the night drew to a close, we watched the fireworks display. The sky was filled with colorful explosions, creating a dazzling spectacle. It was a perfect end to a wonderful day.
This Mid-Autumn Festival trip was unforgettable. Not only did we enjoy the beautiful scenery and delicious food, but we also had the opportunity to experience the rich cultural heritage of our country. It was a day filled with joy, laughter, and love, and I will cherish these memories forever.
